Description
Ocean View is a spacious and airy apartment, ideal for families and groups up to four people.
The apartment is 99 m2 and comprises two bedrooms, a living room with dining table, kitchen, three bathrooms, a terrace, a balcony and private parking.
The apartment is equipped with refrigerator, washer, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps optical fibre), TV with international and children’s channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The property is in a residential building near the main touristic area of Caniço.
Within about 1000 m there are restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, supermarket, hairdresser and other services. It is 1100 meters from Lido Galomar swimming facility and 2000 meters from the beach Praia dos Reis Magos and Madeira Diving Centre. For golf lovers, Palheiro Golf is 8 km away and Santo da Serra Golf Club is 14 km away.
There is a bus stop 400 meters from the building.
Access to the highway is easy and from there it is possible to drive to any point on the island.

A car is recommended. The property has pedestrian access to the center of Caniço and Caniço de Baixo, but the streets are steep and require good physical condition.
It is possible to stay two more people in the living room where there is a sofa bed. The beds can be arranged on demand as two single beds or as a king size bed in each bedroom.
Cleaning is done before guests check in and then there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels. To increase the frequency, an additional cleaning service must be requested.
Occasionally, there is potential for noise caused by dogs in neighbouring properties.
The accommodation is officially registered, meets the requirements to ensure safety and comfort, and has a complaints book controlled by the competent authorities.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of the neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am when noise is forbidden.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential information for check-in and mandatory identification data of all foreign guests. This form must be filled and submitted by the guest at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival. The waiting time for check-in is 60 minutes after the agreed time. After 60 minutes from the agreed time, a new time can be agreed according to our availability.
4. Guests must present an identification document upon arrival and fill an identification form if needed to comply with Portuguese legal requirements.
